Applications are accepted on a rolling-admissions basis.
Forms are accessed through opening the tab below. Prices are listed on each form.
Online registration - If you wish to pay online using our secure system, fill in the form and click the "submit button." There is a small service fee for processing costs.
Register by mail - If you wish to register by mail, print and fill in the form. Please enclose a check to cover Registration Fee and Deposit. The address is found at the bottom of the form.
Fees & Deposits
A non-refundable registration fee of $35 and a refundable deposit of $350 to hold your place is required at the time of registration.
Deposits - Deposits are accepted on a first-come basis as space is limited. Registrations may not be considered confirmed until deposits are accepted by Center for Musical Studies. For information on refunds, see "Cancellation Policy" (below).
Price changes - Price may be subject to change for currency, inflation, taxes, surcharges imposed, and fare increases as the price of the program was established October 1, 2019. Registrants will be notified by May 10, 2020 if price increases and may withdraw without penalty if there is more than a 5% increase.
Balance of Payment
Balance of payment will be due upon receipt of invoice, approximately 60 days before departure (on or about April 30, 2020. Pay your balance here through our secure system. Note: Your invoice will show a 2.5% fee to cover the ACMAF processing fee.
If you prefer PayPal, you can pay your balance here through PayPal's secure system. Note: Please add 4% to your total balance to cover the automatically assessed service fee.
