Performance Focus - 'Young Artist Series'

Pianists will concentrate on a repertoire to be performed as part of the festival in the Young Artist Concert Series. YAS concerts provide an array of performance opportunities at area monuments in the intimate settings of historic churches and halls.

To be considered for the Young Artist Concert Series, an audition tape must be submitted by April 20, 2014.

Recordings should include two pieces from contrasting periods, including one slow piece that demonstrates lyricism and one fast piece that demonstrates technical virtuosity. Individual movements are acceptable.
